Born in 2018, Ready Box<\/strong>, extends the concept of pre-filled gel joint to the world of junction boxes.
\nReady Box<\/strong> boxes are ready-to-use and allow a considerable saving of time both in the selection phase of the components required for installation, as they are all included, and during installation.
\nThey are ideal to keep in stock for ready use<\/strong>, even for all the times in which all aspects of the installation are not yet defined in advance.
\nIn fact, each package contains all the accessories to adapt the use of the box to cables<\/strong> with an external diameter from 8 to 18 mm<\/strong> and to tubes<\/strong> of 16\/20\/32 mm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

3 or 5 pole terminals <\/strong>with socket head screw connectors<\/strong> are included to easily adapt to different cable sections.
\nThe installer can choose whether to use the supplied connectors or all the most common terminals<\/strong> available on the market, from screw <\/strong>to lever,<\/strong> to ultra-flat<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Its versatility allows it to be used in classic installations<\/strong>\u00a0indoors <\/b>or outdoors<\/b>, on external walls<\/strong>, underground<\/strong>, up to applications for submerged use<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Ready Box<\/strong> has IP68 <\/strong>and\u00a0IP69K <\/strong>degree of protection; it therefore ensures total protection from solid bodies, even small ones (such as dust and sand), humidity and water, ans is also suitable for use in environments where washing with high pression and high temperature water may be required.<\/p>\n

It’s available in two colors: grey,\u00a0<\/strong>most commonly used, and black,\u00a0<\/strong>which gives it an even more elegant appearance and greater resistance to UV rays.
\nReady Box<\/strong> is available in two sizes: 120, <\/strong>with 4 inputs available, and 90,\u00a0<\/strong>with 3 inputs which makes it optimal for making T-shaped branch connections.<\/p>\n

Thanks to the innovative design<\/strong>, unlike a standard box, it’s not necessary to break through the walls <\/strong>of the box to insert the cable.<\/p>\n

Magic Box<\/strong> is the complete connection kit, insulated and sealed with Magic Fluid<\/strong>, with a typical blue color.
\nThe kits, availables in various sizes, include the box complete with lid<\/strong>, 3 cable glands<\/strong>, closing caps<\/strong> and the two-component gel insulation<\/strong> for complete filling.
\nThe filling gel remains compact and elastic<\/strong>, able to assorb and cushion any external shocks; the installer can easily re-access <\/strong>the connections even after long periods of operation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The lid closes with a snap<\/strong>, it’s not necessary to use screws<\/strong>; a tool<\/strong> is enough for any reopening<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The boxes can be installed wherever you want, indoors, outdoors, underground<\/strong> or directly submerged<\/strong> and are also suitable for vertical filling.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The external diameter<\/strong> of the installable cables with Magic Box kits is similar to that of the pre-filled Ready Box<\/strong>, but the dimensions<\/strong> and number of the available box inputs<\/strong> change.
\nThe installer can choose whether to install the DIN rail<\/strong> with the relative terminals<\/strong>, or with all the most common terminals<\/strong> available on the market, from screw to lever, to ultra-flat.<\/p>\n

The Magic Box assortment<\/strong> allows you to have an ideal solution for every need<\/strong>: from the smallest boxes with a diameter of 65 or 80 mm to the MAGIC BOX 240, with dimensions of 240 x 190 x h 90 mm, with which it is possible to join up to 12 cables.<\/p>\n
