La nueva l\u00ednea se caracteriza por la absoluta atoxicidad, por la reaccesibilidad incluso despu\u00e9s de largos periodos de funcionamiento, por la ausencia de exotermia durante la reticulaci\u00f3n, por la extrema rapidez de puesta en obra y por la ausencia de caducidad. Adem\u00e1s son importantes las caracter\u00edsticas de reducida emisi\u00f3n de gases, humos t\u00f3xicos y corrosivos. Gracias a las caracter\u00edsticas mec\u00e1nicas excepcionales, estas juntas est\u00e1n particularmente indicadas en el caso de colocaciones en pozos o canales donde existe la posibilidad de movilizaci\u00f3n de los cables incluso despu\u00e9s de la colocaci\u00f3n, o en casos de fuerte abrasi\u00f3n, o de movimientos mec\u00e1nicos que exceden los normales par\u00e1metros de
