CONNECTEUR A VIS<\/strong>
\nPour ces jonctions est pr\u00e9vu un connecteur \u00e0 vis particulier qui permet de relier des conducteurs\u00a0de grande section sans l’utilisation d’outils sp\u00e9ciaux et sans traitements chimiques. Les\u00a0vis ont une t\u00eate \u00e0 rupture pr\u00e9d\u00e9termin\u00e9e qui garantit une connexion \u00e9lectrique parfaite.<\/p>\n

CONTROLE DU CHAMP ELECTRIQUE<\/strong>
\nAu-dessus du connecteur et des extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s du semi-conducteur du c\u00e2ble est appliqu\u00e9e\u00a0une gaine avec propri\u00e9t\u00e9 de contr\u00f4le du champ \u00e9lectrique. Ce tube thermo-r\u00e9tractable\u00a0est rendu conducteur au centre pour blinder le connecteur (syst\u00e8me de Faraday). Le tube\u00a0de contr\u00f4le du champ, qui recouvre le di\u00e9lectrique des c\u00e2bles, accompagne les dilatations\u00a0dues aux cycles de chargement.<\/p>\n

TECHNOLOGIE AVANCEE<\/strong>
\nL’isolation et le blindage s’obtiennent avec deux tubes \u00e9lastom\u00e8res thermo-r\u00e9tractables \u00e0\u00a0double- paroi. Le tube interne est form\u00e9 de deux parois coextrud\u00e9es en mat\u00e9riau isolant\u00a0(rouge). Le tube externe est form\u00e9 d’une paroi isolante (rouge) coextrud\u00e9e avec la partie\u00a0noire conductrice qui se comporte comme \u00e9cran du joint. La paroi externe du tube coextrud\u00e9\u00a0est thermo-r\u00e9tractable, tandis que la partie interne est un \u00e9lastom\u00e8re maintenu en forme\u00a0expans\u00e9e gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son intime union avec la partie externe.
